After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our factory where we will print and ship your item(s) within 7-10 business days. Below are expected delivery times based on your location.

If your items have not arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact customer service for a full refund of your purchase.(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries).

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged and we will refund you. This excludes custom printed shoes. You will only be allowed to switch them out for the correct size needed in the same style shoe. Thank you!
In the rare event that you are unhappy with the fit of your shoe, Turtle Kicks will process a free exchange for you
Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed.
**Cancellations are Valid only if request is given in the first 24 hours after placing an order**
Free Exchanges will only be allowed once per shoe order.
*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense.
